Terms of Service

By using the Yalla Sahel platform, you acknowledge that we are a Technical Intermediary Platform (Marketplace). Yalla Sahel provides the digital infrastructure to connect Guests with Service Providers (Property Owners, Co-Hosts, Beach Managers, and Cleaning Companies). We do not own, manage, or operate the physical assets listed on the platform.

 * Upon booking confirmation, a direct contractual agreement is formed between the Guest and the Provider.
 * The Provider: Is solely responsible for the accuracy of property descriptions/images, cleanliness, and the availability of listed amenities.
 * The Guest: Is responsible for complying with the resort's internal regulations, maintaining the property's safety, and providing accurate identification data.

 * Access codes for Smart Locks are generated automatically and are valid only for the duration of the booking.
 * Yalla Sahel is not liable for hardware malfunctions, battery failures, or internet outages at the property location that may affect the Smart Lock. The Provider is responsible for offering an alternative manual access method in such cases.

 * Guests agree to pay a security deposit as specified by the Provider. This amount is held by Yalla Sahel as a neutral third party.
 * The Digital Photo Report uploaded by the Cleaning Company or Co-Host during "Check-out" serves as the sole official reference for releasing or deducting from the security deposit.

Yalla Sahel is not legally responsible if a Guest is denied entry at resort gates (e.g., Marassi, Hacienda, Marina). Denial of entry due to incorrect data provided by the guest, exceeding the unit's capacity, or security restrictions imposed by the resort management does not entitle the guest to a refund.
