Joining is completely free. There are no monthly or annual subscription fees. You can list an unlimited number of units or services without any upfront costs.
Commission is only charged upon booking confirmation:
* 3% Online payment processing fees.
* 7% Platform commission.
* Total: 10% deducted from the total booking value before transferring payouts to the owner.
You can enable the "Security Deposit" option. The guest pays it during booking, and it is only refunded after checkout once you (or the Co-Host) confirm the unit's safety.
Yes, a 3% processing fee is applied to the security deposit amount only to cover the costs of collection and refunds through payment gateways.
The owner is responsible; however, the platform provides a Co-Host feature. You can assign a person or a company to manage on-ground reception, and they will receive automated booking notifications.
You can rely on your own team or request services from certified cleaning companies registered on the platform. They are notified of checkout times to prepare the unit immediately.
Yes, if you choose the "Pre Approval" system, you can review the guest's profile and previous ratings to accept or decline the request within a specific timeframe

Financial settlements are made periodically (weekly or bi-weekly as agreed) and transferred directly to your registered bank account or e-wallet.
